About this Site

ANSSWeb is published through the sponsorship of the Anthropology and Sociology Section of ACRL/ALA. It is used as medium of communication for the members of ANSS and to provide information to other parties interested in resources regarding anthropology, sociology and related disciplines. ANSSWeb was first published at Yale University, but moved with its editor to Old Dominion University in March 1996. Old Dominion University continues to host ANSSWeb, although its editor is now at the University of Washington.

ANSSWeb content and appearance is not governed by ACRL/ALA nor does it receive any funding through these organizations.
