Registration

ACRL 2011 registration is now open.  Register early for the best rates and hotel availability.  Register by the early-bird deadline of February 4, 2011 and save more than 20% on conference registration!

How to Register

Register Online
Submit your ACRL 2011 registration via the online registration form.  Please expect to receive e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.

Register by Mail or Fax
Print off a copy of the ACRL 2011 Registration Form (PDF file) and mail or fax your completed form.  Please expect to receive an e-mail confirmation within three to five business days of receipt of your form.

Please note that preconference registration will be available in September 2010.

Registration Deadlines

Early-bird: February 4, 2011
Advance: February 25, 2011

Registration Fee Includes:

• Access to your choice of over 300 peer-reviewed educational programs including keynote sessions, panels, contributed papers, workshops, roundtables, Cyber Zed Shed presentations, and more than 150 poster sessions
• Entry to the exhibit floor with over 225 vendors to meet your needs
• Access to the virtual conference community with slidecasts, speaker materials, handouts, webcasts, discussion boards, audio blogs, and more
• Daily refreshment breaks to keep you moving
• Opening exhibits reception showcasing the latest in library products and services
• All-Conference Reception at the National Constitution Center

Note:  Members of the Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) may register at the ACRL member rate.

Daily registration will be available onsite: $225 for ACRL members, $275 for ALA members, $325 for nonmembers, $75 for library school students, and $115 for retired.  Complimentary exhibits-only badges will be available on Thursday, March 31, and Friday, April 1. 

Group Discounted Rates

ACRL is pleased to offer group discounts to institutions that register 10 or more employees for the conference.  To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed at the same institution and on the same campus.  Group discounts are available only by mail via the paper registration form and are not available to those registering online or onsite.

Completed registration forms must be submitted at the same time in one envelope to the address below.

Registrations mailed separately and/or arriving later in a separate envelope will not count towards the 10-person minimum nor will they be eligible for the group discount.  Standard cancellation fees apply to all group discount registrations.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made before you can obtain your name badge and conference materials.  Cancellations received on or before February 25, 2011, are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after February 25, 2011, will not receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

The ACRL 2011 conference, preconferences, and related events are offered on a cost-recovery basis and may be cancelled if there is insufficient registration.  In the event that an ACRL-sponsored activity is cancelled, ACRL cannot be responsible for any cancellation charges assessed to registrants by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
